QuickList Terms & Policies

QuickList is an AI-powered real estate marketing platform that generates professional listing content in approximately 60-90 seconds. Our service helps real estate professionals create:

• Property descriptions and marketing copy
• Categorized feature lists and amenities
• MLS-compliant data fields
• Video slideshows with AI-generated voiceovers
• Fair Housing Act compliance checking

Service Type: Software as a Service (SaaS) with credit-based usage

QuickList uses a credit-based pricing model. One (1) credit equals one (1) complete listing generation. Credits are purchased in the following packages:

Personal vs. Team Credits: Credits can be purchased for individual use (personal) or shared across a team (domain-based). Team credits are accessible to all users with the same email domain (e.g., all users with @yourcompany.com emails).

All prices are in USD. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

All Sales Are Final

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are purchased, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another account.

Automatic Credit Refunds

If a listing generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credit used will be automatically refunded to your account. This is handled automatically by our system and requires no action from you.

Payment Disputes

If you have a billing dispute or believe there has been an unauthorized charge, please contact us at admin@lm-intel.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve billing issues.

Credit Expiration

Credits do not expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until used, unless your account is terminated for violation of our terms.

No Subscriptions: QuickList does not use recurring subscriptions or automatic billing. All purchases are one-time credit packages. There are no subscriptions to cancel.

Account Deletion: You may delete your QuickList account at any time. Any unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion and cannot be recovered.

Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of our terms, including fraudulent activity, abuse of service, or violation of applicable laws. Terminated accounts forfeit all unused credits.

QuickList includes built-in Fair Housing Act compliance checking for U.S. real estate listings. Our system flags potentially discriminatory language to help users create compliant listings.

User Responsibility: While we provide compliance tools, users are ultimately responsible for ensuring all content complies with the Fair Housing Act and applicable fair housing laws in their jurisdiction.

Our system checks for discriminatory language related to protected classes including race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, and familial status.

You may not use QuickList to:

• Generate discriminatory, illegal, or deceptive content
• Create listings that violate fair housing laws
• Misrepresent property information or make false claims
• Resell or redistribute credits or generated content without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
• Use the service for properties you don't have authorization to market

Credit Sharing: Team credits are intended for use within your organization only. Sharing team credits with unauthorized users or reselling access is prohibited.

Your Data: You retain ownership of all photos, property information, and data you upload to QuickList. We store this data securely to provide our service but do not claim ownership.

Generated Content: Content generated by QuickList (descriptions, features, MLS data, videos) belongs to you once generated. You may use it for any legal purpose, including commercial use in property listings.

Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access due to circumstances beyond our control.

AI-Generated Content: QuickList uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited as needed before publication. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

Service Availability: We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

No Warranty: QuickList is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

During our beta testing period, select users may receive complimentary credits. Beta credits:

• Are non-transferable and non-refundable
• May expire at the end of the beta period
• Cannot be combined with purchased credits for resale
• Are provided "as-is" with no monetary value
